Annually in the midst of Gauley season in West Virginia, a fun night of shenanigans occurs where all companies that work on the New and Gauley rivers converge!! The Video Boater Challenge!! AKA "The VBC"
Short videos/films of various categories (Best Carnage, Best Transitions, Wildlife, Best Skits, etc.) from Video Boaters and others are watched together by said Video Boaters and Guides as well as the public, and then voted on which is best for each category.
Its a fun night for all and is a great appreciation event for all those hard working Video Boaters, a truly niche job!
20$ or 15$ with a can of dog or cat food *BYO-Camp Chairs
$1 of every draft pint sold goes to the Humane Society.
